*All inspections are to be scheduled a minimum of 24hours in advance with Tom Marotta. See the "Scheduling Inspections" page for more information.
*All permits applications and contractor registration applications must be signed to be accepted. Please fax, mail, or drop off all completed aplications.
*Contractor registrations must include a copy of the contractor's licence and driver's licence/State ID. These items must be recieved before a permit can be issued.
*Building, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical permit applications are available with additional information on their respective tabs, simply hover over the "Building Department" tab.
