BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Scott Hladki, Mary Ellen Sherwood, Rosemary Rinella, Michael Hiner, Kevin Wright, Elizabeth (Petsy) Jenkins and Diane Misze.

BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None.

Scott Hladki, Supervisor, called the meeting to order at the Dalton Township Hall. The Pledge of Allegiance said and roll call taken.

Motion by Diane, support by Rosemary, Passed to allow County Commissioner Chuck Buzzell to speak regarding the Muskegon County Regional Water System Management Contract. Roll call vote. Yes: Diane, Rosemary, Mike, Kevin, Petsy, Mary Ellen and Scott. No: None

County Commissioner, Chuck Buzzell, stated that there will be one person from the county and one person from the township that will represent Dalton Township under the revised Water System Management Contract. Diane stated that she wanted the board to be kept informed about all the actions that are being taken regarding the water system.

Motion by Diane, support by Rosemary, Passed to approve the Muskegon County Regional Water System Management Contract as written. Roll call vote. Yes: Diane, Rosemary, Mike, Kevin, Petsy, Mary Ellen and Scott. No: None.

The Supervisor discussed dates for a special meeting to take place in conjunction with the Muskegon Township Board and the Dalton Township Board to discuss proposed sewer projects. A meeting date is scheduled for Monday, March 7, 2005 with the Muskegon Township Board. Details will be posted in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.
