Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 6:00 pm at 1616 E Riley Thompson Rd in consideration of the following items:

  • Special Land Use permit Application at 2272 Northwind Dr for a group child care home.
  • Special Land Use permit application on Parcel 61-07-024-300-0006-10 (Holton Rd) for mini-warehousing, self storage units.

The special land use permit application materials and are available for review at the Dalton Township Office, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Any interested person may attend the public hearing and may offer comments to the planning commission. Written comments may also sent to the above address or via email to: zoningadministrator@daltontownship.org. Written comments should be received no later than April 29, 2024. The Township of Dalton will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services at the meeting to individuals with disabilities upon 72 hours advanced notice to the Township.
