All bids must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked "Land Bid 2024-1". All bids must be received no later than 5:30 p.m. April 8, 2024 at the Dalton Township Hall, 1616 East Riley Thompson Road, Muskegon, MI 49445. Bids will be opened April 8, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. during the regularly scheduled Dalton Township Board meeting.
Maps are available at the Township Hall. No contingencies. Buy/Sell Agreement must be signed within 30 days of bid acceptance.
In the best interest of the Township, Dalton Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
